Last updated: October 29, 2026
By using the Vanilla VPN app or website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. The service
Vanilla VPN is a VPN service that encrypts your internet connection and routes it through our servers. Some servers are free and some are available only to Premium subscribers. The server list, locations and speeds may change over time.
2. Your account
- An account (Google or email) is required to use the VPN.
- You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Do not create an account with false information.
- Sharing or reselling one account among several people is not allowed.
3. Prohibited use
You may not use the service for:
- Any illegal activity, fraud, hacking or attacks on other systems
- Sending spam, malware or phishing
- Copyright infringement or any abusive content involving children
- Deliberately overloading or harming our servers
If we find such activity, we may block the account without notice.
4. Premium subscription
- Premium is a monthly or yearly subscription through Google Play and renews automatically until you cancel.
- Payment, renewal and cancellation are handled by Google Play. For refunds, see our Refund Policy.
- Premium is linked to the account you used to purchase it.
5. Free servers and third parties
Some free servers are run by third-party volunteer networks. We do not fully control their availability, speed or policies, and they may be removed without notice.
6. No warranty
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will always run without interruption, work with every website or app, or make you completely anonymous.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Vanilla VPN is not liable for any indirect damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the new Terms.
